I’ve been to the Red Roof Inn , when it was the Days Inn and all is the same, clean efficient and the staff are cordial and courteous,however, I was disappointed with the no Breakfast morning , because in the past it was very nice and gave a decent selection of food items to get you going in the morning without having to leave the premises! The room was comfortable, clean and the shower worked great, plenty of hot water , the toilet tissue holder did not keep the paper roll on the holder so that was the only concern that needed corrected , but other than that , I was displaced from my residence because of heating issues where I live and although I have to cross over the Newburgh Beacon Bridge , I knew that the Red Roof Inn would be sufficient and clean and accommodating and at a reasonable price !!! Thank you RRI for your courteousness as always!

Best in the immediate area where I-84 and NY Thruway intersect. Accommodated my request for a ground floor room because of my dog. Staff at check-in were very welcoming and attentive to my pup! Even explained best location for walking him. And there were bags outside for cleaning up after his business.

Glad had a nice room after a long, weary day of driving...worked well for us...not the cheapest value, but better than anything else nearby that night...staff was great...good to have cold water & coffee available.

Except for its pool, the Inn is a basic two-floor hotel. But, it's environment (surrounded by trees and overlooking Lake Washington in a sleepy area) allows guests like me to simply rest. The staff also do above and beyond.

The room was comfortable and the mattress was very good. Parking was available in front of the hotel. Breakfast was not included but the hotel provided ToGo bags which included cereal bars and a muffin.

Nothing fancy, but clean and comfortable. Rooms are very small, but adequate. Rooms have a microwave and fridge, which is nice. Bed is comfortable.

The staff was amazing. There is great view of the lake and the upstairs terrace had also great view of the lake nearby. The airport shuttle was a great plus.

The beds were comfortable and the refrigerator was good size All amenities in the room were in good working order. We had three rooms reserved and all were close to each other which was very helpful.

the free shuttle to the airport & the comfortable beds. in addition I realized that I left my insulin in the refrigerator on Saturday & called & the young lady at the front desk called the housekeeper who happened to be off & she said she did find it & left it on the cart. The young lady went above & beyond to find it for me!
